Won’t refund for parts not shipped and one part didn’t fit
Wouldn’t think I would actually have to post something like this but I have been left with no choice due to the poor customer service provided by this company. I had two issues, one of which I somewhat had to resolve myself and the other is still outstanding despite repeated requests to refund my card for product not received. The first issue was a painted air intake cover for my 2018 mustang. It did not fit properly and I was told after several requests that the couple of pieces of double faced tape supplied would hold it. It didn’t hold due to it being misshaped. I had to put a whole roll of my own purchased double faced tape and glue to be able to twist it enough to make it fit. Then they never delivered my billet engine caps. Ordered on 3/13. Called when painted parts came in without the caps on 4/26. Said they would text the guy who handles that. Followed up with email on 4/27 no reply. Followed up with email to Jennifer on 5/3. Finally a reply by email on 5/7 saying some parts came in but not mine, “do I want to wait”. I emailed Jennifer back no and to give me a refund. No reply at all. Emailed Jennifer again on 5/13 for a refund with no reply. Called again and spoke with Jennifer who said she had to “text the guy”. No response back. Final email on the 5/21 begging again for an email before taking action with credit card, BBB or social media if not contacted and refunded by 5:00 that day. 3 days later not a peep! Out $210 plus tax with no product or refund. And have a doctored $116 painted air intake that I had to spend another $10 in parts to get on “enough” but not the way it should be. Unfortunately, I didn’t read some of the warnings and negative reviews on a few other websites. Buyer beware!

I need my money back!
I purchased Camaro 1977 horn cap retainer. Their online purchase system does not email a confirmation. So, I do not have a track number. I waited 15 days for the item to arrive and nothing. I tried to contact them by email and nothing. I called a couple times and left a message. And I did not receive email or phone response. I would like a full refund. Please! This is the date of the transaction "MUSCLECARPARTSCC 03/14 PURCHAS"

Order 269675 Corvette Front Bumper Bra
Ordered on 11/28/20
Informed 12/4/20 It shipped
Called 12/14/20 ten days later no answer?
Left message no call back!
I would like a full refund asap or I will file formal complaint w/ Bank and BBB

I ordered a set of Fiber glass fish gill rocker moldings for my Dodge Challenger from RPI Designs. I admit they look nice after I spent 8 hours customizing them to fit with out putting them over the top of the old ones. If you put them over the top of the old ones they stick out about 3/4 inch (which looks cheap) I guess that's ok if you do not care about your car looking good and just wanting to screw some thing on to be a poser.

The thing that's gets me is I wrote a review on there website to explain this to people that get them, so they do not look cheap you need some skills in body work if you want them to look good. But guess what they do? They only will post there good reviews so that tells you what kind of company they really are.

Review: On December 11, 2013 I placed an order and paid $108.95 for 2014 Camaro Splash Guards as advertised through RPI. The ad assured me that the guards would fit 2010 through 2014 Camaros. A debit for payment to RPI shows up on my credit card statement dated December 12, 2013.On 12/20/2013 I emailed RPI Designs to find out when they would be shipped.12/23/2013 A person named [redacted] replied via email informing me they would be shipped Friday (12/27/2013).When I checked the RPI website on 12/25/2013 I found a note to customers that they would be closed until after the New Year.On 1/7/2014 I received the splash guards but found they did not fit my 2014 Camaro. When I rechecked the ad on RPIs website I found that the wording had changed to include only the years 2010 through 2013. They no longer had the 2014 as advertised previously. Luckily, I had printed out a copy of the previous ad to have for reference.1/10/2014 I emailed [redacted] about the discrepancy. I received no answer.1/14/2014 I emailed [redacted] again.1/16/2014 [redacted] replied Yes, send them back for a full refund.1/17/2014 I sent back the splash guards to RPI via UPS.1/21/2014 UPS tracking #1[redacted] indicates that RPI received and signed for the splash guards at 12:48pm.2/1/2014 I emailed RPI Designs and asked that they please credit my account.2/3/2014 RPI Designs emailed me Good news. We have these for the 2014 (Camaro) now. Price will be $25.00 more, but I wont charge you that if you decide to take them. (Signed by Josh)2/4/2014 I emailed RPI and said yes please send them out to me ASAP.2/10/2014 I emailed RPI to please send me a new order number and tracking number. NO answer.2/13/2014 I emailed RPI again for order and tracking numbers. NO answer.2/17/2014 I emailed RPI and again asked for order and tracking numbers.2/18/2014 I received a reply from RPI telling me the order went out today. They included a tracking number. When I checked the tracking number online, I found that it was for my old order and no longer valid.2/18/2014 I emailed RPI stating the tracking number was not a valid number. RPI responded that they have the splash guards for the 2014 Camaro now and then directed me to the website where I could purchase them. To date I have not received the splash guards, a refund, or any other response from RPI.I have tried to telephone RPI Designs many times and have never contacted a person on the other end of the line. I have left many messages but never received a telephone call in reply. I have treated everyone there with respect and common courtesy. All I want is my splash guards!Desired Settlement: I would like the 2014 Camaro splash guards shipped to me. In the event that they are not available to be shipped then I would like a refund of $108.95.

I have still not received the credit on my American Express. They say they issued the credit and it took time to hit my account. As of the statement on 6/20/2014 it was still not credited back to my account.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back for a product that was never received.

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10107890, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

This was the email sent on Feb 28 from RPI. I have NOT received the credit.

Review: I bought a license plate frame ($**) from RPI Designs last year at [redacted] that needed to be painted Night Race Blue. A new color for '2013'. When I received the frame from them the color was off and looked more black on the car than blue. I took it off after a week because of this. I thought that rather than have the cost of a return that I would just bring it back to [redacted] this year and see what could be done (I thought they would probably offer to repaint it). I did not know (or receive info on) their return policy anyway. Well, easier said than done ... after bringing it to their attention, I was told that they have painted plenty of frames that color and never had a problem (now I'm thinking the repainting is out). Since I had my car with me, I repeatedly asked them to come out to my car and see how much the color was off ... but they refused. Another RPI worker gets involved and offers me half my money back (at this point the first worker sarcastically tells me to take it before the offer goes down). I mention that it's not my fault that the color doesn't match so maybe a full refund should be given. Yet another RPI worker gets involved and tells me to get out and asks if I need security to do so. At this point I figure half is the best that's going to happen and I reluctantly accept. While picking up my belongings the first worker involved comes around the counter to stand next to me to escort me off their site. I asked the young lady who told me to leave if they have a web page because I would like to post about this instance ... her reply is that she would then block me (as I have been on FB). As I was being escorted off their site in an intimidating way, I looked at the young lady (who was standing there with her arms folded) and asked why she was so angry ... I never got a reply. All this because they can't paint to the proper paint code? When I bought this product I never told them I would pay just half, nor, did I ask them to paint it the wrong color.Desired Settlement: Complete refund and apology by all concerned. It's a disgrace how I was treated because of their ineptitude. I posted this complaint on RPI's FaceBook page also but it was repeatedly deleted (and I would then repost it) until I was blocked from posting again. Hence, now the Revdex.com complaint.

Customer bought and installed a license plate frame for his Corvette. He damaged the frame and brought back to our booth at [redacted] 1 year after the purchase. Since it was damaged and installed, I offered the customer a full $[redacted] exchange for parts in our booth. He immediately got loud and started to create a scene. I told him that I would also be able to give him a [redacted] refund and return the damaged part that we would have to through into the trash. Again, he got loud and continued to create a scene. At this point I told the customer he could leave or select one of the two options. He got louder, screaming and at this point the entire crowd in our booth was watching. We gave him $[redacted] and took his damaged frame and escorted him out of our booth. After he left the customers in the booth came over and apologized that a fellow Corvette owner could be so rude.

Customer then started to spam our FACEBOOK page from 3pm until 8pm on Sunday night. We had to block the customer as he was creating another "scene" on Facebook.

Ordered in june for my birthday in july. Unresponsive in updates or status of purchase.

Also said part was back ordered, but is easily findable online at lower than dealership price.

Bottom line, took my money and went to the movies with their family.

Review: I ordered items on Feb. 7th. When I called on Feb. 17th to check on the order I was told they were on there way & should be delivered to me that week. When they did not arrive I called them agian. On that day I was told the items showed they were delivered to me on Feb. 14th. When I explained that I did not get the items the gentelman I spoke w/said he would look into it & call me back. He then sent me an email saying that the vendor shipped the product to them instead of me & that he was looking into where my oder was & would get back to me. That was March 6th. By March 13th I still had not heard from them so I replied to the emial & asked for a refund. I was told I could not have a refund because it they are showing the parts were delivered to me. It has been over a month that they have had my money & I still do not have the parts I ordered. I have gotten nothing but the run around & conflicting information from them & their customer service is horrible.Desired Settlement: I would like my $53.08 that they have been holding onto for over a month refunded.

Customer bought parts that we shipped via UPS. UPS delivered them to customers address (according to UPS' website). Customer claims she never got. We said that is ok, we'll just send another kit, no charge to customer. Customer said no, I don't want them any longer and want a refund. Per company policy, we do not refund a customer after UPS tracking number shows delivery. Customer then went to Paypal and did a dispute. We provided Paypal the tracking number and customer did not get her money back from Paypal as we provided proof of delivery. So customer decides to take a dispute out with the Revdex.com. We have done all we can do to try to help customer, but the customer wants to keep the product (according to UPS tracking) and get a refund.

Also, I did file a claim with paypal and it is UNDER REVIEW not declined. Obviously UPS left the package at my door or a door near my house but it was NOT there when I got home from work. According to UPS the vendor has to file a claim with them to get there money pack for the missing package but I can not. So once again I DO NOT have my item that I ordered. Their website states

Delivery:

All items will be delivered within 10 days unless item is back ordered. In the unlikely event of a back order, RPI Designs will contact customer to cancel the order or wait until item is in stock.

Their tracking info shows it was delivered later then 10 days after I ordered the parts. Also, I have been told conflicting information about when my order was delivered and where it was delivered to. I am including a copy of the emails that they have sent me below:
