Rpm auto sales sold us a car for 11,000 cash. Receipts show 11000 total due, total paid. They issued temp plates and said we'd have the title to register car in 1 week.
After 3 attempts, the title is still incorrect, we cannot register the car and now rpm is stating we owe them money for taxes or they will not issue the corrected title.

Unfortunately, he had some issues after he purchased the vehicle. We are standing behind the vehicle and repairing it as we said we would. It is unfortunate that the parts that were ordered were defective but, we are continuing to repair the vehicle as we said we would. We will also provide [redacted] with a full tank of gas as he is requesting. Rpm pays our mechanics for their work and certainly do not take pleasure when a vehicle is not fixed properly due to defective parts or what not. All of the work performed by our mechanics is not covered by [redacted]'s warranty with the car but, we are fixing his concerns in an effort to keep him a happy customer.

Review: I purchased a 2007 Chrysler Sebring from them in the beginning of October and there has been nothing but terrible communication with them. To date 11-12-14, the car has been in the shop a total of 5 times, with 1 more time coming up. The next time it goes into the shop it will be to replace a currently wrong part that they just installed 1 week ago. My salesman [redacted] has been lying to me for a month telling me the current part that's in there has been ordered and shipped but upon speaking with the GM I found out it was not even ordered. All of this inconvenience has caused me time off of work, my girlfriend time off of work and missing school and also family members time to keep driving me up to South Toms River. The day after I bought the car it stalled, putted, the dashboard lights did not work and sometimes just wouldn't turn on. Trip 1 to the shop was for them to look at it just for them to return it to me and say they could not recreate anything and that we were making it up. Upon further complaints to RPM the agreed to let us take it to the shop again. Trip 2 was for them to look again and also to fix a sunroof that stopped working and they found the throttle body needed cleaning but didn't do it. Trip 3 they cleaned the throttle body and sent us on our way. Trip 4 was for them to try to figure out the dashboard light situation. Trip 5 was for them to install the cluster which we later figured out was the wrong part because now another light up feature on the car doesn't work. Now for this part for the newest light feature failure, I was told by the GM that the part has been ordered, shipped and should've been here by 11-10-14. Upon calling back to check the status since I have not heard anything I find out the part has not been shipped out. Once this hopefully correct part comes in that will be trip number 6 to the shop in a matter of not even 2 months of having this car. I had to persistently call them to find out the status of everything after being told they would call me.Desired Settlement: I would like everyone to be aware of the stunts that were pulled by RPM and would also like to be compensated for my gas that was used drive the distances which also includes the auto body shop guys driving it around and taking my car home with him overnight while trying to recreate the stalling, which I did not know was going to happen. I later found this out upon picking up my car and also do not know how far he lives. Overall, it was easily 2 full tanks of gas that were used. Full tanks= $45

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I appreciate that work that is being done to the car, I just wish it was done right the first time.
