On April 10th, 2014 [redacted] contacted RPM Lenders Sacramento, regarding her account and her concern over some payments that she had made that were not posted to her account. I asked her to bring in her receipts and she replied she did not get any receipts. I inquired more about by this situati they didn't give me one, so I asked who she made the payments to and she stated she didn't know his name but he is tall skinny bald white guy(knowing we have never had anyone working here fitting that description) I figured [redacted] was a little confused. So I then advised her to be sure to get a receipt anytime she makes a payment and if her payments are dropped in the drop box request a receipt to be mailed to her from now on. She then told me that she transferred the payments from her [redacted] account, I informed her that [redacted] will not allow that, she then started yelling saying they had let her. I asked her to calm down, and asked her to bring in her bank statements that would show the transfers she agreed to do that.

On April 19th, 2014 [redacted] had brought in her bank statement as well as her daughters. I sat down with her as she explained the days that she withdrew the money from the accounts would have been the days that she deposited the money into our account. I then verified with her that the withdrawal amounts would match the deposit amounts exactly, she replied with "Yes I don't withdraw cash out of my account I only use my card, except to pay you guys". I compared the amounts she claimed to deposit with the deposits into our account.I was unable to find any matching amounts. So I let [redacted] know I would investigate further. She then made a partial payment I handed her her receipt after we both signed and she asked me to shred it for her, I reiterated the discussion we had about her getting receipts after ever transaction. We spoke about how important it was. She stated "I don't care" and ripped the receipt out of my hand and left the building.

After [redacted] left, I continued to research the deposits. I looked into [redacted] deposits that occurred 2 and 3 days after and was still unable to find anything to match the amounts. I did my due diligence in this matter so I called [redacted] and informed her of my findings.
