Review: First of all, when I met the owner, he was a very kind person. I asked him how much would he fix the damage on my car for and he said a straight $350. I then asked him if he does insurance and he said he did. I ended up using insurance and then he charges me another $300. That didn't seem right but I paid it anyways because he was just so 'kind' and I didn't know any other good places that would do body work. After I received my car back, I was just so excited to get it that I didn't see the damages on the car until a day after. There were scratches all over my trunk and he said that I probably dropped keys on it which was impossible because it was at the very corner of the trunk. I also noticed a burn mark from the driver side door. He did say I had a 'lifetime warranty' but I just don't trust him because he's been advertising products he doesn't even have and keep people's money. An example is my good friend who spent $340 for adjustable suspension, he ordered this about 4-7 months ago and the owner tried to say that they were importing it from another country and my friend called him out for it and said the company was located in the states. He asked for a refund but the owner said 'store credit only' which was a bunch of crap. My friend then wanted the owner to buy him a steering wheel instead because my friend ordered the suspension himself and got it shipped with a WEEK. We're still waiting on him to get my friend his order. But my problem is that I want a partial refund to fix my door and trunk. This 'shop' honestly needs to be shut down, the review on his Facebook page is so fake because everyone is his 'friend' that he 'sponsors' and gives him a 5 star rating from OUT OF STATE or even country.Desired Settlement: I'd like a partial refund and a full refund for my friend because it's taking way to long and stop scamming people.

The consumer is welcome to bring his car back at any time and drop it off as he has a warranty.

I do not trust this shop with my car or my life. I want a partial refund for a more respected shop to fix the damages on my car. I also want my friend to get his $340 back because he never ordered what my friend wanted and says "store credit only," which is ridiculous.
Review: I [redacted], agreed with RPM Garage ([redacted]) to have my car , body and paint done in his shop! I payed up front a total of ($1500.00) for deposite [redacted] said he had to have the money upfront before he could do anything to my car! 1995 Honda Accord 4Door sedan. leaving me with a Balance of ($125.00) making that the grand total of ($1625.00) receipt in hand invoice number (#623125) all payed in cash!
This was back in January BUT probably February I DO NOT RECALL THE ACTUAL DATE! , I do have plenty of witness and pictures to show proof!.
Victor said the the job would be done 1 and half tops! we are now in November! I believe back in may he called and said the car was done, when I get the car back and inspect it, my car has lots of imperfection, (car is two-toned, some spots were not painted, had too much paint on some side to where the paint just leaked down the side of the car,) (I have pictures of proof) I was not happy with the out come and I let victor know and I even showed him all the imperfections of my car, he said to send it back and would fix it!! all he would need it a couple of weeks to fix, ok! car was sent back and a month in a half later car is still not done.
My car had to be sanded down and repainted again! give him some more time to get car fixed! Ok, more time I gave, at this point I just wanted my car done and fixed! I really don't know what is going on, but when I call to check the status of my car, victor says he had an electrical fire, so fire Marshall is doing investigation,.. I can go on and on! On the run around he gave me.. problem is that my car is still the same way I sent it in the very first time! im highly upset at the whole situation!Desired Settlement: I want my cash back of ($1625.00) and my car back!!!
