August 4, in regards to having a problem with fleas and miceI asked the customer what the extent of the infestation was at the residenceHe replied that the problem was very minimal but nevertheless needed treatedI gave him my best estimate over the phone considering the information he had provided to meRPM quoted the customer at $for the flea treatment and that the mice treatment would be freeMy price for flea treatment is $and mice treatment is $I took the customer at his word and gave him a discounted price due to the severity of the problem he communicated to meI do not offer one year warranties with any service I provide.When I arrived at the residence, I came to find out that the flea infestation was VERY extensiveHowever, I told the customer that I would honor the price I provided to him over the phoneI baited the crawl spaces for mice and sprayed for the flea infestationI proceeded to check back and spray two additional times for the flea infestation and baited one additional time for miceUpon my final visit to the residence, I did not witness any additional flea or mouse activityThe job I was hired to do was completed.Payment is due upon completion of serviceI did not receive payment from this customerI contacted the complaining customer for payment in early NovemberIt was only at that time, two months after I had completed service, that he informed me he was still having problems with flea infestationSince he had not paid his previous balance, I informed him that I would need payment before I would return to the residenceIn addition, if he was in need of additional service there would be an additional chargeTheinitial service was completed and never paid for and as I previously stated, I do not offer one year warranties on any service.RPM Pest Control has an impeccable reputation with reviews to matchI will be disposing of the complaining customer's check of $to separate myself from this customerI do not wish to have any additional contact with this customerI have never had an unsatisfied customer and can't help but think that this customer is choosing to criticize my business as opposed to paying what he owes me for the service that I certainly provided for him.Regards,*** *** RPM Pest Control
