RPM Powerstroke

01/10/20 I contacted *** P owner of RPM Powerstroke to purchase a newly rebuilt 6.0 diesel engine said to come with upgraded new performance components *** P had advise me the delivery will be within about 4-5 days, after several setbacks and delays and very little communication from *** P I finally got the engine shipped to a local trucking terminal 02/28/20, I had to pay the shipping cost which was not part of the original agreement . The shop that was to install it was running out of time since the engine was promised 6 weeks ago .the shop installed the engine with all new components Water pump , Oil Cooler , Turbo ETC 4,600 dollars of new components. After checking the oil we noticed it over filled , it was drained and 2 gallons of coolant run out from the oil pan . I immediately contacted *** P of RPM Powerstroke he advised that the mechanic a certified*** didn't do the install correct , I proceeded to explain this to the mechanic and he got extremely upset and told me the engine was built incorrectly after a few words he asked me to remove my vehicle from the property and myself ,The vehicle towed to another*** certified mechanic, I paid the 2nd one approximately 4,000 in labor redoing what the 1st mechanic did , he did a smoke test for leaks and it showed several around the heads on both sides ,so he proceeded to negative fill the engine coolant to prevent any air it didn't work , he proceeded to fill it trying to locate the leak , it was leaking out the water jacket that routes the coolant for cooling the head separated with a gasket along the lifter valley to the rear down past the timing gears into the oil pan . The mechanic said the builder incorrectly built the engine either damaging the gasket or possibly the heads , this is the 2nd mechanic*** certified that has said the builder didn't do his job correctly .

Bought re manufactured engine from them took two months to get . Mechanic put motor in truck made it about 15 miles and started knocking . Called company got engine sent back blamed it on mechanic . So did not cover mechanics fees for pulling motor again . Sent motor back to RPM Powerstroke they went threw it sent back to me got engine put in my wife drove truck for a week changed oil then drove it two hours from home motor started knocking again had two have trucked towed home contacted RPM powerstroke again said it would be thirty days to get me a new engine I have been waiting two months now. They keep telling me it will be next week . My truck has been down for six months , truck is used for our business and they wont awnser phone calls and reply to very little text messages anymore .
