Review: On Saturday April 12th 2014 I took my 1995 [redacted] to RPM Tire and Auto for an alignment, After a few hours of waiting I finally received a phone call that my truck was ready to be picked up but RPM was unable to do and alignment due to the fact I needed two tie rod ends. I picked my truck up and drove home when I got home I could not get out of my truck, the door would not open from the inside, the inside door mechanism that opens the door was broken. In order to get out of my truck I had to roll down my window and open it from the outside.(this is not how I brought the truck to the garage) Immediately I called RPM and informed them of the problem it was closing time for RPM so I told them I would call back Monday and bring it by to see if they can resolve this issue, Rpm seemed concerned and agreed to talk Monday. On Monday I called RPM and Spoke to [redacted] the owner of RPM Tire and Auto. I told him my situation and he looked me up in the system to find out which one of his techs worked on my truck, he told me he would call me back after he talked to his tech and watch the video surveillance he has of the shop. [redacted] called me back and told me he has talked to his tech and watched the film and there is nothing he can do about because it is an older vehicle, he told me he watched his tech drive my truck into the shop and exit normally from the vehicle and attempt the alignment get back into the truck back it out to a parking spot and attempt to get out, when he tried to get out he saw him roll the window down and open the door from the outside. I was told by [redacted] that my door breaking under his techs supervision was my fault because I failed to do regular maintenance to my door he compared it to an oil change that if I don't do regular maintenance to the door that this is what happens. The boys from RPM never informed me of what had happened to my vehicle and just let me figure it out myself and once I did, brought it to there attention they told me it was my fault my door broke.Desired Settlement: I would like my door fixed so I can exit my truck properly like it was prior to me bringing my truck to RPM Tire And Auto. I would like to be able to pull the handle from inside of the truck to exit not have to roll my window down and use the handle from the outside.
