I just wanted to say that everyone has different expectations and mine were met by RockyHe was great was always sending me a text and called me back if I left a voice mailWe had our bike shipped from ct to florida in December he gave us an estimated time when it should be down but we were flexible so it didnt bother us if he was going to be a day or late, but he actually did deliver a day before expectedHe was in contact and let us know when he was a day away and then also when he was an hour outThings always can happen that are unexpected and out of anyones control but as far as his business I would use and recommend again anytime

RPM driver Aaron picked my brand new Harley Ultra up in Virginia on the 18th of December for delivery to FloridaWhile on my way to Florida on the 4th of January the driver called and stated his truck had been involved in an accident and impounded by the investigation police departmentI understand, accidents happenHowever, after this initial conversation, calls and e-mails to the owner, Rocky went unanswered and the driver called one time and refused to tell me where the bike wasAs of this complaint, I do not have my motorcycle, do not know the condition of my motorcycle and they refuse to tell me where my motorcycle isTomorrow I am heading for the FtMeyers Police Department to file a criminal complaint against the owner of RPM Unlimited LLC

Great company*** is a pleasure to deal withThey have good equipment and drivers per truck They picked my motorcycle up in norhtern vermont on a friday evening had it at my house sunday morning by amDrivers seem very niceThey use an enclosed trailerWill be doing buisness with them again

Got lied to a few different times by RockyHe lies to get business and never contacts anyoneThe day my sport bike is to be dropped off from NEW YORK to FLORIDA, it hasn't even been picked up yetNo contact from his company at allTOTAL Waste of timeI had to cancel because of the lies I was given and did not know if or when I would have my bike

I had my motorcycle shipped from upstate N.Y. to New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Picked up on Monday, dropped off on Wednesday. These guys are first rate! Absolutely no problems with the pick up, transport, or delivery. I would recommend RPM Unlimited to anyone.

I cannot thank Rocky and RPM Unlimited enough. There is not a HIGH ENOUGH review I can place on this company. I had contacted RPM Unlimited last minute regarding my bike. My bike was picked up in Delaware and dropped off to SWFL in less than two week time frame (the two week's includes our initial conversation). Rocky was in constant contact if it was via phone call, email or via a text message. Rocky's customer service, knowledge and attention to detail made it for a VERY SMOOTH transition with no worries or questions. I highly recommend this company and would suggest no other transport company.
