Matt is always a pleasure to have in the house Most of all, he is very polite, quite unusual these days especially with a young man Today he was a special help to me because he reassured me about the air conditioning after the terrible chemical smell from the neighbor's refinishing of their cabinets The policeman said it would take two weeks to leave the condo, and it did Matt explained how the air conditioner cleans the bacteria from the air, and he was happy to reset the temperature for me I felt happy that he sprayed something on the condenser He is a very nice man and does his job well Thanks to him
No air today...called PoustWas thinking that I would not have air for a few days, but Eric Swas there in a short amount of timeGot my problem solvedHe was cheerful, helpful & got the job done in record timeThanks, Eric!

When I first reached out to this company the responded within the first day for scheduling, that’s goes a long way for meWhen the sales specialist came to my house he was very polite to myself and my familyHe had a lot of knowledge and took about an hour to go over the two pros and cons of each system I was looking at, as well as adding his own recommendations for the way my house is set upWe have not locked in deal yet but they are promising and I will be at least talking with them again
Today Matt came back, just like he promised He got my air working again He’s wonder manI can’t thank him enoughHe was extremely understanding when I was frustratedHe did a great job and I’d have him back againThank you very muchBut it does look like a new unit is in our futureThank you, Matt for being so kind and understandingVery professional
I had Poust install Air Units in my home last May When they came out they told me that they weren't going to be able to do the job that day because the guys who came and gave the estimate made a mistake and didn't know my electric panel box wasn't amps Even though they were in my basement looking at it for minutes (guys)The job was quoted to me for $15,and that morning they told me it was going to be $20, I said no that was a huge difference and I wasn't going to do it They finally agreed to doing it for the price of the contract we signed but then came up with another problem while doing that work While doing my air units they then told me I had a problem with my well pump and tankThey quoted me a price of $3,to do the job While it was ripped apart they then told me it was now going to be a $job I had no choice since they were already doing it They also gave me another estimate to replace water filters under my sink They told me that was going to be another $1,because they had to put a brand new system in since they couldn't find replacement filters I went online and bought a pack for $ So that was untrue Then today my well pump started to leak and I placed a call to them The woman from the company told me she would have someone out within the hour or so Shortly thereafter I got a call from Ryan that it was out of warranty and they weren't coming and to have a good day I spent over $20,with this company and thats how they treat their customers They could of said its out of warranty and there will be a charge Not leave me a message when water is pouring in from what they installed and say its not our problem and have a good day So I should find a new plumber after I spent $20,with them? Thats not how you treat customers
