I just found out from a mechanic that the frame in my car that I bought from RPS Auto on *** *** in *** , that the frame is rotte
RPS Auto sold me a car that the frame is rotted out and they filled it with foam and there is no floor in the back seat of the car noone has looked and they never said to me what the problem was I have had this car for a year and half and they never did a repair when there was a problem and I called they told me the car was fine didnt even tell me to bring it in Now im going to be out a car and I have pictures from the legal mechanic to prove it They filled the wholes wioth foam to cover them up I dont know what to do without a car I refuse to make payments on this thing that has cost me over *** as it is and its not even a whole car I need help !!!! Please tell me what to do! Thank You!

Vin# ***Dealer stated he would have title in a couple daysI told him I could wait days but that was it, I needed truck to move to new addressOn the 10th he advised me title was mailed overnight To date 10/22/I have not recieved title, I demanded my money back after giving him full amount to pay it offHe refused to return the $I paid him stating "he was broke" I have now learned he has truck for sale again....I have bill of sale, signed and dated 10/5/and incomplete rmv forms.I have made multiple visits and over phone calls to no availI have had to hire landscapers and hire a truck to move because of his actions
