I had siding, roof and gutters doneI have supports that were under the bay windowWhen the work was done, I noticed that the supports were goneThis was last yearDuring this year, someone came out and put pieces of wood to support the bay windowI have continually contacted William *** who was in charge of the workAll he has done is give me the run aroundHe says that it will be a certain dayThat day comes and goes, and nothingHe doesn't answer my callsAll I want is the job to be finishedThe supports need to be rapped, that's allWinter is around the cornerThe job needs to be doneHe was already paid

I met William [redacted] last July. after many STORM CHASER knocking on my door about damaged done to my roof. William was the only one that got my attention, he was very detail on the work that needed to be done and the offer to help with the insurance deductible was a plus. the day came William was on site on and off during the day. and explaining each step of process. I took pictures to keep with my records. William and the crew were GREAT. The DOWNFALL was the billing it took almost 7 months to get it all the paperwork I needed so I can send it to my insurance company and get a discount. I would have give it 10 STARS , However because of their Billing dept I cannot. I have recommended ( and will continue to do so ) William and his crew to others. THEY are AWESOME..DOWNFALL their Billing Dept. That said I heard they are working on that department hopefully other do not have to wait as long as I did for paperwork.
