Your standard big bank lingo does not work for me nor was it spelled out to me when I opened an account there. I did not get any notice when I opened an account,
and I did not get any forewarning WHATSOEVER that my account was in violation of your banks' policies! Is it THAT difficult to forgive and forget? I know your bank
rules and regulations are inhuman, but you don't have to be! A simple apology is all that I ask for. Not a list of your rules and regulations that I was not informed about!
Was this problem too big for the branch manager to handle? Really?

balance accounts after a period of 30 days. It is also the Bank's policy to not cash checks for non-account holders.
Banks are also required to follow numerous rules and regulations. One of the regulations is known as the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 (FACT Act). Section 114 of the act requires financial institutions
to develop and implement a written Identity Theft Prevention Program (ITPP) to detect, prevent and mitigate identity theft in connection with opening of accounts or existing accounts.
Finally, per privacy laws the Bank is unable to discuss past or present customer information to unaffiliated individuals.
