We were billed for a microwave handle being replaced, that they even openly acknowledge was not broken and claimed to have been cracked and might break If it was cracked, we were not notified in advance, plus this would be considered wear and tear You cannot charge for something that "might" break I feel that Villas on Sycamore is taking unfair advantage of students that attend Sam Houston State University that reside in their complex and their parents by billing for bogus charges
