I have contacted and resolved issue with this customer. I appreciate the feedback and opportunity totake care of customer's concerns. . .

I have a warrantied ** dryer. R&R was recommended for warranty work. Called, secretary said oh yeah we will order parts and send out to repairman to complete repair. Jimmie the repairman (who knew nothing of ordered parts) spent about 4 min looking at the dryer. Had never seen problem before. Wanted to wait til he got better signal to call ** tech support. Offered my phone. No deal. Called back about 2 hrs later....seems I need to call ** for new unit. Said that was what tech support said. When I called **, they had no record if Jimmie from r&r calling in. They r sending out different repair company. Liars and scam artist.

How in the world does this company even stay in business? They had to come out four times for a refrigerator repair and it still makes the same noise. The first repairman never even took off the back cover to investigate; the second repairman said he figured it out, but when he came back to repair he had ordered the wrong part. When they finally came again; weeks later; they replaced the fan motor. We thought,"finally, it's fixed"; wrong again. It is a warranty repair so my guess is that they just don't care. Frankly, I think they are just inept and wouldn't know the difference between appliance/electronic repair from their as.

Very poor customer service and communication. Everytime I called the office, they could not provide me with the information I needed to set up an appointment to service my washing machine. I was told several different times that I would be called back and the office never called me back. The office scheduled an appointment without my knowledge and then blamed a computer glitch when they couldn't find record of my appointment and had to re-scheduled the appointment. I would not use this company again I would not recommend anyone to business with this company.

The warranty on my washer through Lowes contacted this company to come and fix my washer. The technician came out, spent approximately 5 minutes here, stated it was the main board. He advised it would take up to 10 days for the part. After 10 days I contacted the company where I was told they had "just received type part" that day, and would call to schedule to have it installed. Again after no call back, I called them and was told they would come two days later. The teqnician came again, installed the part, which told about 15 minutes, then said he had started a cycle on the washer, and I was good to go. I signed the invoice and he left. The washer never finished the cycle, so I immediately called them, where I was told that they would have to send someone out the following week. Then the receptionist said it must be a part and they would order it and call me when they received it. So now I sit, still no washer, almost for a month. I feel this business should have had the teqnician stay to make sure the washer worked properly, and since they didn't, they needed to send someone out the same day to look at it and find out for sure what the issue was. Diagnosing the problem over the phone, and they making a guess as to what the problem is, is not right. Very dissatisfied, and unprofessional. Not at all my fault the company left without checking his work. Very upset. Do not recommend.

Review: When my 5 year old Samsung refrigerator tripped the GFI circuit it was plugged into, I switched it to a separate GFI circuit with the same result. I called [redacted], where the unit was purchased and they recommended R&R Electronics for a service call. The technician observed the circuit trip, removed the 2 back access panels for viewing and asked if the unit had made any strange noises. I told him it had not and he therefore concluded it was not the compressor and the next step was to replace the main board. I asked if there was any other testing that could be done to confirm the board was the problem and he said no. He then quoted that the board was $200.00 and installation was $50.00 and that I would not be charged if replacing the board did not solve the problem. He wrote this all up on the service ticket and said it would take 7 to 10 days to get the part. I called R&R 8 days later for a status and was told that both the board and compressor would have to be replaced and that they could not get the parts because they were not an authorized Samsung service provider. I requested a refund of the service charge I had paid since they changed the diagnosis and could not provide any of the required service! They refused. I called a second repair company who came and did a proper isolation of the problem and concluded that the main wiring harness was overly sensitive to being on a GFI circuit and Samsung customer service concurred with that conclusion. I switched the unit to a non-GFI circuit and have had no problems for the past 2 weeks. Obviously, the second service company had correctly diagnosed the problem and R&R Electronics owes me a refund of $75.00.Desired Settlement: Refund my $75.00 service charge as no service was done or possible
