This contractor did a lot of sloppy, low quality work for a decent price. My mistake for hiring him as he's a nice guy and talks a good game. He did both iron work and concrete work. The ends of the iron railings rusted and fell off after a couple months and I had to hir someone else to fix them after Ronald wouldn;t return calls or texts. The concrete work looks terrible and is already cracking. They had to fix their work multiple times along the way, and I fully expect I will have to have all their work re-done within a few years.

Failed to connect the lines to the venting system.3. Failed to complete 2 plumbing lines. 4. Left without completing work, when he was already paid for the total cost of the job.Desired Settlement: Complete refund.

Review: We hire Iron works corp to complete our Fence and back porch. We gave [redacted] fro Iron works Corp a $4000 check downpayment. After several time not showing up to start the job as promised, we began calling Iron works corp. [redacted] no longer picks up his phone. We have left several message voice and text and he has not returned our call. He has no intentions to complete the job and has robbed us of $4000. I am extremely angry by his dishonest and illegally behavior and I hope no one else has to feel the pain my family and I are feeling from this man, coming to our home and taken our hard earn money and not completing or even starting the job he was paid to do.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund or for him to complete the job as he has agreed upon.
