On 12/10/2014, due to a problem with my furnace, an R.R Kling representative advised me to run the condensation pump water from the furnace into the washer drain. This proposed solution (which cost me $ 65.00) was in direct violation of the borough codes(public sewage). I told him that his plan was illegal-he paid no attention to me.On 12/12/2014, I called (because of my profound disappointment) and asked that my ten year club membership be cancelled on 1/1/2015- it was paid-up until then. The club coordinator, Heather G[redacted], terminated it on 12/12/2014 leaving eighteen days of paid coverage that I nolonger had. Although it is ony $4.50, I sent an email and two snail mails asking for the return of my money.To this point, Ms. G[redacted] has totally ignored me! A new thermostat was installed-not by R.R.-that fixed the problem.Iw ould have written this sooner, but I did not think about this avenue to take.

Review: I was charged for service's that I did not receive that are stated on my invoice/receipt. All Technician did was replace air filter in my furnace. (I was charged $294.00 for a 12x12 air filter. ) Also, charges's were excessive to the work that was done. The Technician also used a presentation unethical sales practices. Tried to convince me that I needed new furnce, which I don't at this time. Invoice #[redacted], date of service 9/18/2013.Desired Settlement: To be charged fairly for services's.
