Review: I hired RR Lawn Service to spray and kill the poison ivy growing in our backyard on 6/28/2013. At the time that we hired this company they told me they would come out as many times as needed to ensure the poison ivy was killed. They sprayed the day I paid them. Two weeks later, I called back about some areas where the poison ivy was still growing. I received no response. I continued to call and request they come and finish the job. I was finally able to speak to [redacted] on the phone the weekend of Sept. 21,2013. He said he came out again on Sept 4th and sprayed, but he said he left no paper work. I have called them basically every week throughout July, August, and September to request they come and finish the job. There are as of today (9/28/2013), five vines of poison ivy growing healthy and green in five separate areas in our backyard and side property. I have put up small yellow landscape flags to draw attention to these areas so there is no confusion. I would never recommend this company. Customer service is terrible. Job is incomplete still months after being hired to perform the job. Abysmal failure. I paid $50 for this service and would not have agreed to such a high price without **. [redacted]'s guarantee that they would come out as many times as necessary to kill all the poison ivy. I would pursue legal action against this company, but I fear the process would cost more than $50.Desired Settlement: I am open to settlement options, but I see two clear options: either I am refunded $50, or they come and complete the job as promised.
