Review: well its two issues one is I order from this business a lot and this is second time I've ordered a lot of things and they have left out my food. It was only $3 worth and I called back and the young girl that was on the phone told me Bc I waited too long to call back which was about 1 hour and 30 mins of that I was driving home so I couldn't look in my bag til then when I looked I was missing food I asked the girl can I have managers number and she hung up on me I called back and asked again and once again she hung up on me this is no way to conduct business I was gonna let it go but the way I was treated I'll def make sure I'll let everyone I know how they are plus there food area were they cook is small and dirty the health n food place needs to audit or look into this for health safety's and because the way I wAs treated I want my whole order refunded of $20.00.Desired Settlement: I think if a customer calls in and they left out food and u call back in same day not like hours later then if it's gonna keep your customer coming back then they should let them get there food I paid for my food I work hard for my money so I want what I pay for.I feel Bc the way that girl treated me she needs to be reviewed by her manager and edu on customer service soft skills and with her hanging up on me twice I feel she needs to be suspended from work for a few days Bc they've forever it's a good paying customer completly plus others that I k ow who go there
