This has been taken care of as of 8/9/Below is an email from our assistant manager for the propertyThis morning I talk to him about his accountI had to send an email to [redacted] so they can remove him from the collection list due to he paid in fullThey confirmed already I call Mr [redacted] no answerI left a message saying it was taken care of

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, they told me they mailed my refund check on 11/17/and I never received it when I kept calling back they said they couldn't find my paperwork I told them to call the bank that the check was printed from to see if the check cleared then they said they would print another check and mail it to their office on fondren and that they would call me when they got the check; they never called so I called them and then yancy said that the they would have the check on either or December; regardless of what their policy says, it has been more than days, almost two months to leave someone hanging about their refund deposit That's a lot of money to owe as a refund and the person to not get it If they say that I got the refund, then they need to show proof where I signed the check and either cashed or deposited it I have not received my refund yet

Thank you for the opportunity to inform the Revdex.com of our side of the storyOn the weekend in question we responded to a maintenance request for a leak in the living room ceiling and wet carpet in the master bedroomUnfortunately, due to the heavy rain that weekend we were unable
to repair the leak immediately; however we did return to assess the damage and repaired the roof on Monday October 26, Within one week of the incident the damaged sheetrock was replaced, taped, floated and paintedAny damaged carpet was removed and replaced with new carpet and padLastly, the apartment was cleaned professionallyAs mentioned above, we have made all attempts to rectify the situation with the least possible inconvenience; therefore we do not find it necessary at this time to transfer the resident to a new apartment or reimburse for hotel fees and chargesWe insist the damage was not severe to prompt the resident to seek other shelter

My concert is that collection will show on my credit report and will affect my credit history, it will show in my credit report as a closed collection account and I need this to be addressed and resolved as its not my fault but SMI fault.
