They came to lay Pinestraw at our home and shorted me 13 Bales of pine straw. I called Marcus R and he told me he was an honest businessman and would make it right. He was supposed to come on December 31 and bring me the 13 bales. He called to reschedule for January 2, 2020.. on January 2, 2020, he sent me a picture of the truck loaded up with Pine Straw and headed my way. He was in Dublin Georgia. I asked what time he would be here and he said he was on his way. Two hours later I called to ask him where he was and he never responded. That is the last I've heard of him. Per our conversation on January 26, 2019, he told me he ran an honest business and he would make it right. He would bring me the 13 bales of pine straw. He has not shown up or called to make it right after our conversation on January 2, 2020.

Delivery I would like Mr. R to deliver the 13 bales of pine straw. In a timely manner. Whatever day and time he says he will be here, he needs to be here, On time, and perform the services that were actually paid for on December 24, 2019. I would just like the Pine Straw that I paid for.
