Review: Guys came in to fix a kitchen clog. They said they will take care of it they asked permission to make the hole in the wall we gave permission as long they identify the problem the guys had a problem and we asked if they wanted to call for back up or ask someone else for help they said we got this we have 10 years experience they made not 1 hole in the wall but 6 holes and wanted to make a hole in the ceiling we said enough is enough and they tried to snake it and made the clog worse we had to call different guys they came in and fixed the problem not roto rooter the other guys used an equipment and identified a pipe in garage that connected and made 1 whole to fix the problem roto refuses to take responsibility for failure to fix the problem and refuses to help pay for wall damages they were unprofessional and gave me run around and said we gave permission for the holes but we never agreed and how many holes we thought 1 or 2 holes but when we saw it was six holes we said why not come to us and ask if we wanted to make more holes?Desired Settlement: Fix the holes in the walls or pay the damages if we have to fix ourselves

Roto-Rooter hired an independent contractor to repair the holes the following week at no cost to the customer. The customer would not allow the independent contractor in his residence for the first appointment that was scheduled. The contractor then returned for a second time and repaired the damages. At no time did Roto-Rooter state we would not provide a solution to the damages caused by the repair.

Review: I called Roto Rooter to have my clogged tub drain snaked.Desired Settlement: The technician snaked the drain but in the process he broke a pipe and I either had to PAY Roto Rooter to repair the pipe that their technician broke or I had to pay my super. I paid my super to repair the broken pipe so I incurred an additional $300. But I paid Roto Rooter $379.97 to snake a tub drain and I should be reimbursed the $300 I had to pay to repair the damage incurred by Roto Rooters technician.
