We only charged you for damage to the propertyWe did not charge you for paint or carpeting.
When you rented the property, we did not give you broken mini blinds, missing mini blinds, dirty house, missing cabinet handles, missing smoke detector, broken windows, missing popup sink stopper, missing light cover & missing entry light coverIf you look at the receipts of what we charged you all of the receipts work was completed before the 11/4/If we did give you a property the same way you left it, you would not want to rent it.
I sent copies of all dated receipts that was charge to you & pictures of damage to the property to Revdex.com for there files

when hen we first got anything at all from you it was not until the 8th way past the days you tried to make it all appear like you had it done by 4th but you didn't which was obvious because originally we did get charged for carpet and paint and the receipt was for the 7th one was for the 10/7/before we had even moved so that shows to me how dishonest these people are or they are psychic why did they tell owner it was for carpet yet they originallly charged us for it they ended up sending us a bill stating we owed them not until 8th though way past days allowed by law! Again I feel they are dishonest and corrupt property management and we weren't the first they did this to! I reject their response because based on tenants rights after the days we should get whole amount and to charge us for water heater valve we never even touch or corroded toilet paper roll holder or 50$ for smoke detector with no receipts showing proof of what paid ridiculous! Especially the smoke detector where is receipt 50$ my ae you can get the kind you already had for cheaper and you know it!! As for clean that house was clean we new wasting money on carpet that wasn't cleanable would be wasteful because it was in bad shape and we cleaned rest of house except upstairs hall bathroom kitchen oven refrigerator microwave were so clean you could eat off of so to say they charged you to clean one bathroom and some windows and kitchen floor wow give me that cleaning job please! You still have yet to replace blinds I have been to area recently I have friends in area as I stated before and I will only be satisfied if I am given the remainder of our or a negative Revdex.com here will suffice! You went against all tenants rights and you should be exposed for the kind of business people you are! We paid our rent on time every month we were good tenants and you treated us with disrespect and took away our rights to live in privacy with a piece of mind when you inspected us every months you were dishonest in the way you worded the contract making it look like by law you were allowed to do it when the law states otherwise!
Finally again I will state I reject their response because they obviously went past days maybe because bob was out of country but that's not our problem the law states days and you failed to do that you originally charged us for the carpet and walls painted and now because you didn't charge us due to us demanding you follow the law and you paid us back for those things now you want to say well receipts are for 4th when one was paying *** himself and not showing proper receipts for stuff like smoke detector etc you didn't state who worked on blinds etc why because they were not replaced so you didn't even do yet where is receipt from mini blinds smoke detector etc!! Your dishonesty is appalling and you should be ashamed and do the right thing!

Thanks for getting back to me about this!  I am shocked and appalled by their response!  They dated that on the 4th but it was a [redacted] that lie. They emailed at 150 pm on the 4th telling me they are still working on it!  Plus one of the reciepts was dated the 7th so how can they have...

got that to us by 4th unless they doctored receipts!!  Which I believe they did!  So they were after the 21 days plain and simple they just doctored their document to show a date before the 21 days. On top of that they blantantly lied about the walk through. I had called and emailed [redacted] to tell her I was running behind I would be there like 15 minutes late. She called and told me she was leaving that she already did it and proceeded to tell us how bad carpet was how it needed cleaned. The carpet was older than 5 yeArs when we moved in it wasn't new and we lived there for 5 years so it was older than 5 years yet they tried to charge us 800$ for brand new carpet yet they told owner it was 400$. They also charged us 1400$ for paint which they can't do. To say my cousin told them that I should clean up my own mess is rediculous she swears that all she said is that she ran out of time trying to clean before [redacted] got there. I helped clean and we left kitchen better than when we moved in and we cleaned every room except one bathroom upstairs out of 3 in home.  My cousin will attest to that lie they fabricated!  Bottom line is he claims he returned us a security disposition by the 4th but couldn't have possibly because a receipt was dated after that on 7th. One receipt says 10/7/16 which is before we even moved out!  I tell you these people are scammers, liars and thieves.  I believe they have gotten away with it before so they keep doing. I mean they charged us 50$ for a smoke detector without showing us receipt when you can get a good one for 20 to 30. They charged us 120 because a water heater valve that we never even touched. Also they charged us for carpet and paint when not allow they say we damaged it it was normal wear and tear the toilet paper was simply corroded from years of use as were the window parts. Again I stress to you that it was past 21 days and they should have returned whole amount!  
 
Yes we cashed the check for the 935$. We were owed 1700$. It wasn't our fault that they didn't follow California tenants rights and not charge us for stuff they couldn't.  They say we didn't clean carpet of course not it was cleanable really in some spots and they would have to replace so why would we pay for professional cleaning!   
I'm not sure what you can achieve for us in this situation but I want this complaint on file so when others and there will be others because they are dishonest and lie and cheat people out of their money.  Someone left a review on yahoo in regards to them doing the same to them so we weren't the first. Honestly I have the proof and evidence proving what im telling you. I will send any evidence you would like to see I want them to have a mark against them for their wrongful intentional acts of deception and their other laws they broke when it comes to tenants rights. They came to our home every 6 months like clock work for 5 years not to fix things but to inspect and tenants rights say they aren't allowed to do that. If they inspected every 6 months then why wasn't all this damaged addressed then. Actually we had inspection the 6 month one they always made us do that invaded our privacy like one month before we were moving out.  So why didn't they see and address this so called damage during those times.  Finally again I say I have the evidence that they did not respond with in the 21 days allowed they just lied about that too!!  Look at receipts date.  They were after 21 days on one and one before we moved out. They my are scammers and bad business people. They need to not be allowed to do this to another renter!
