Dear Ms***,Thank you for your help.I was contacted by Klipsch Customer Support this morning and they offered to replace the missing part plus the grills form the other speakers.What we couldn’t agree upon is the fact, that Klipsch will not honor warranty claims if the product is not bought through their reseller system.I learned that the customer is supposed to check directly with Kipsch before buying any of their productsIn my case the reseller was not even listed on Klipsch’s `Unauthorized Dealer List` (http://de.klipsch.com/unauthorized), so if they don`t even know who is authorized, how should the customer?In general, I find this practice highly questionable!Keeping a closed system of “authorized” dealers is only designed for one reason – Price Control by the manufacturer! It maximizes profit for the company and does not have any advantages for the customer at allIn Fact, the European Union passed laws prohibiting those illegal price arrangementsSome of the large companies had to pay high fines because they refused to deliver products to amazon shopsPlus, any product coming from their factories, no matter who sells it, has a mandatory two year warranty periodAs a conclusion, I am happy that Klipsch fixed the missing parts problem, however this warranty policy is something other customers should be warned about.I wish you a nice dayRegards [redacted] ***
