Review: In May 2009, R&R HVAC installed a new [redacted] HVAC system in my home for a cost of approximately $11,000. This included a $500 12-year warranty on the system. A year of so later, the system starting leaking water on the filter and on numerous occasions (at least once per summer since then) has flooded our basement. R&R has paid to replace our carpet, installed a new coil, and made a number of attempts to solve the problem with no success. They are now ignoring my attempts to contact them, as I don't want to go through this again this summer. It is very frustrating.Desired Settlement: I want a new, working system to be installed.
