Bob [redacted], owner of RRN, INC, had reroofed other homes in our neighborhood due to hail damage. After he completed his last job, he knocked on our door and asked if we would like him to check for any damage. We had no idea there had been a hail storm so we said yes. He took pictures of the damage and worked with our insurance company for the coverage. Bob made everything seamless and, absolutely, pain free. He helped us pick out comparable shingles, contacted [redacted] to have our skylights replaced and had all our gutters replaced. They were fast, extremely clean and thorough. His crew moved outside furniture out of the way and covered the landscape. Bob was there everyday with his crew making sure all went well and pitching in when needed.
