RRR Roofing and Remodeling

On October 31st we completed a roofing project for Mrand Mrs***We also completed fence repairs and painting of their siding and garage door prior to the roof completionThe last item on our contract was painting on the interior ceilings of three roomsBecause we needed access inside the home for several days to paint the interior, the project was continually delayed by the customer Payment for work completed had not been satisfiedOur contract reads payment is due upon completion of each phase of the job as per insurance proceedsOn December 19th, after several delays, our project manager was called to meet with the customers for payment of the completed workThe total amount due for completed work was $12,with another $due on completion of the interior ceilings.The customer wrote a check for $9256.00, about 70% of the amount due for completed workWe accepted the payment because in dealing with hail claims, mortgage company often hold paymentWe also requested for a supplement payment from the insurance on the work completed which was received by the customerIn reviewing the supplement payment received, the customers became aggressive and threateningOur project managers were escorted out of the house and to their vehicle forcefullyThe very next day on December 20th, we received this complaint from the Revdex.comOnce final payment is made for work completed up to date, we will continue the painting of the interior rooms, if the customer so choosesIn an effort to resolve the complaint, RRR will honor the original cost before the added supplementWe have also completed and returned a conditional release of lien to Mrs [redacted] on the week of December 27th, as per her request
