area by the space that was close to the parking lot where the trucks and supplies were being stored and parked.  This project was part of a multi-year landscaping project being undertaken at the condominium complex.  The board chooses to do various areas depending on the needs and the funds available.  The association is looking to do the area around this unit this year.  We are currently looking at options and prices for the area.  We are meeting with the landscaping company to discuss options and costs for it.  Once they are submitted to the management company we then forward to the board for review and approval,  This is not the only area being looked at but the board has stated that this area will be done this year.  Unfortunately the unit owner wants it done faster than possible in the condominium. .
