One of the most honest company I have encountered through my search for foundation repair Worked with VP, Frank S***, who not only quoted me one of the lowest price through the bidding process but actually recommended me to certify is quote by getting an official report from a Structural Engineer RS Foundation offered piers at half the price of any of their competitors and was so thorough in their data finding that they quoted me about half the amount of piers that the other companies said I needed Will/would use this company in any future foundation repair

12/9/Yesterday I had RS Foundation come to repair my foundation They had given me a quote two months ago I checked out two other foundation companies but came back to looking at RS FoundationsThey were on time, all of the gentlemen were polite, worked hard with efficiency, cleaned up everything afterwardsThe forman JL answered my many questionsHe was very kindI was very impressed with the whole experience And now I am just hopeing all goes well
I will update at a later time

Please indicate what you are wanting at this time in order to be satisfied with the services provided. We have been to the home several times and adjusted the home at homeowners request, even raising and lowering in the same day. We feel that we have done everything in our power to accommodate the customer to no avail. We recommend that the homeowner hire an independent engineer directly and we can make final adjustments based off his recommendations.

I tried to respond to the email you sent today 10/26 with the company response fro RS Foundations. I found damage they caused when I went to remove the boards from the concrete they poured on the patio the day after the adjusted the house. I sent pictures of the window and freeze board separation along with fireplace damage. I brought the fireplace damage up to the Manager that was here with the crew. He just made excuses. They are in the process of scheduling a structural engineer to come out. I am still waiting on that schedule. The house did not settle and cause these problems. They caused the new problems   Regards   [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I will hire a structural engineer but I want it understood by the Revdex.com and RS Foundations that I will add these expenses, and any other suggested by my counsel, to my claim.  Also the attached pictures are of the original wall they closed but has opened back up three times after their first visit. There are many more pictures of each time they have come to close the crack. I have videos of the process of closing the crack. They closed the the first three times they came out, but as you can see it is not closed after their last visit.  Also are pictures of the results around my patio after the fourth and this last time the came out.  In the patio pictures, that is a steak knife between the brick and the foundation beam.  The brick are no longer touching the foundation.  There are many more problems, other than the pictures I already furnished, from RS Foundations last visit, my engineer will address

On October 17, 2016, my husband and I hired RS Foundations, 9500 Ray White Blvd., Suite 200, Keller, TX XXXXX, (XXX-XXX-XXXX) to perform some minor foundation repairs on our home in Denton, TX. Six men arrived at approximately 9:30 a.m. I'm assuming they were doing routine prep work the first few hours, because there wasn't much activity until after their lunch break at noon.

Then, a short time into the job, an employee of Atmos Energy knocked on our door and told us that one of the people from RS Foundations had cut into the gas line and notified them of the problem. It was over an hour before someone could arrive to fix it. Isn't it a priority of any legitimate business to locate the gas lines before digging?

My husband has a lot of health issues, and had a Dr. appointment. at 3:30 p.m. The workers had left 5 or 6 heavy concrete cylinders in the middle of the driveway after their break, which they had used to sit on. There were also half eaten lunches strewn across the driveway and yard, along with empty bottles, etc

Our garage is detached from the house, and my husband uses a walker to walk the few yards from the house to the garage, so I had to physically remove all of the cylinders and trash before we could even get him to the car or get the car out of the garage. (There was a table on the patio in the backyard where they could have easily eatenthey were working back there and HAD to have seen it!) Instead, they TRASHED our driveway, creating dire consequences had my husband had an emergency situation where we had to leave suddenly for the hospital, which has happened recently. We deem their actions to be discourteous, inconsiderate, and totally unnecessary! If they didn't want to use the table, why not the yard? We have almost half an acre!!!

A few days later, I mentioned these things to the foreman, Jose L. Lopez, and he didn't even offer an apology. There was also some damage to an inside wall where they had been too aggressive with the jack hammer or other tools they used, which was brought to Mr. Lopez's attention. Again, there was no apology, just an acknowledgement that it was considered "residual damage," and that they were NOT responsible. We also spoke with a representative, Dane, and the salesman, Frank Spiro, who were of no help whatsoever.

The stresses, inconveniences, damages, and financial losses we incurred at the hands of this unprofessional and, in our opinion, incompetent business has left my husband and me disgusted, disappointed, and motivated to keep other people from the same bad experience. Caveat Emptor (buyer beware!)

One of the most honest company I have encountered through my search for foundation repair. Worked with VP, Frank S[redacted], who not only quoted me one of the lowest price through the bidding process but actually recommended me to certify is quote by getting an official report from a Structural Engineer.

RS Foundation offered piers at half the price of any of their competitors and was so thorough in their data finding that they quoted me about half the amount of piers that the other companies said I needed.

Will/would use this company in any future foundation repair.
