We own a home in Monterey near the PG border and had a horrible experience with a "Clean Home" contractor. This dishonest contractor told us that we had toxic mold under our home and in our heating system. And that was why we had a musty smell in our home. This dishonest contractor told us we had to move the furnace from under our home so it wouldn't drawn mold into our home. This dishonest contractor took out our: (8 year old furnace), ducts, and bat insulation from under our house. Some friends suggested that what the contractor was telling us was not true. We called R & S and they responded quickly. And in one day installed a new furnace and ducting. Awesome! quality work and pleasant people. I advise you to call R & S before you get ripped off by these "toxic mold scammers"
