Review: I leased a 2014 Mercedes Benz [redacted] on 09/21/2013 from Mercedes Benz Fort Washington and the sale man [redacted] told me if I refer someone to Mercedes Benz Fort Washington I would get a incentive payment of some kind. So I told my sister [redacted] who drove my car and fell in love with it and she decide to purchase the same car on 10/30/2013. She mention to the sales guy my sister [redacted] just purchase a [redacted] and referred me here, he looked up my information in the computer because she wanted the same options that I have on my car in hers. So for several days she called the sales guy to see if I would receive the incentive and was told on numerous occasions he would call her back and he hasn't. I then called in talk to the Sale Manager of New cars [redacted] several times and was told he would look into it, so I called again to talk to [redacted] the sales man who sold me the car to see if he could maybe get the ball rolling and to my surprise he said I didn't sell you a [redacted] I explain I was the 1st and only person who brought the CLA the day it was released and I traded in a Red Porsche Cayenne SVU, again he says he doesn't remember selling me a CLA so he then looks my name up in the computer and I then gave him my sister information and he looks her up as well and tells me he have to call me back. I then called again 11/08/2013 and spoke to the sales manager and he said I should receive something in the mail by 11/15/2013. I called and spoke to [redacted] again Mon 11/18/2013 and he said its been mailed out. It is now 11/22/2013 and guess what still nothing. I live in [redacted] which is 4 miles from the dealer so mail doesn't take that long to get delivered. Needless to say I cant wait until my lease is up so they can have this car back and I really like Mercedes and have owned 2 and was looking forward to purchase a brand new one when this lease is up but trust me I will never do business or refer anyone to them again! And the funny thing is my Little sister lease is up on her car Jan 2014 and she wants to purchase the [redacted] also, but I told her I would gladly take off work and take her to [redacted] Mercedes to make a purchase with them since I done business with [redacted] Porsche in the past and they have outstanding service!!! I have a very large family and we usually follows one another leads when it comes to getting a car so I could have possible sent them all 7 of my siblings there to purchase a car and not to mention my sister in law also loves my car and wanted to purchase the CLA in Feb 2014 when she received her income tax but I will gladly take the time off work to take her to [redacted] Mercedes instead. I believe in keeping my word and I thought and expect Mercedes of Fort Washington to do the same and they haven't!Desired Settlement: To receive what was promised to me for referring someone to them (incentive)
