Regardless we cleaned this property so much that we ended up leaving it in better condition than when we got it.[redacted] came to the property and said wow Thanks it looks great. We got a portion of our security deposit back and she said we can expect the rest in the mail. Weeks past and nothing. I had to reach out several times to figure out when we were to receive the rest of the money due to us. To my surprise we received a large bill in the mail for removing 3 large tires and a haul of alot of trash. THE SAME TRASH THAT WAS LEFT BEFORE WE WERE TENANTS. She is trying to make us pay her own trash bill. She told us she can charge us whatever she wants.
