[redacted] has been a client of ours for many years and we truly appreciate her business and her loyalty as a returning client [redacted] does mail in her tax information to us and we do prepare her taxesThis year we received her information on February **, Her tax information was entered onto our systemI then proceeded to call her on February **, to discuss her return as I needed some additional information [redacted] was not available to speak with me so I left her a message to call me in the officeWhen she called the office back on February [redacted] I was with a client and could not take the phone callI was asked to call her on February [redacted] in the eveningI attempted to call her times between 7pm and 8:30pm but she did not answer and I left her a messageOn February [redacted] she contacted my office and told a colleague that she was unable to take my call the evening before because her daughter was hit with a h ockey stick and she had to take her to get stitchesMy colleague told her that I would try to call her around 12:30pm but unfortunately my appointment ran longer than expected and I did not get to call her back at that timeI tried calling her later that evening and left a message for herThis went on back and forth for the next two days as we just kept missing each others callOn February **, [redacted] called my office and spoke with the receptionist where she demanded an appointment with me the next day but my schedule was already booked solid so the receptionist told her that I would call her in the morning when I got into the office around 9am and that I would let her know if I could rearrange anything in my schedule to accommodate an appointment with her [redacted] told the receptionist that would not work because she would be in a meeting at 9am [redacted] then wanted an appointment with anyone else in the office and when the receptionist asked her what t ime she would like to come in she said just forget it and hung up on my receptionist [redacted] called the office the next day and said that she waited for my call and because I did not call her in the morning she wanted her paperwork sent back to her overnight so that she would receive it the next dayWe sent her paperwork back that same day and she received it the following morningWe did not cash the check for $that she sent to us with her paperwork for our servicesHowever we did send the check back to her with her paperwork

 I have to reject this answer because it's only 1/2 true. I have never, nor would I ever demand anything. It's not my nature and is quite an insult.I have been driving from Westchester county to Long Island to have my taxes done every year for almost 18 years!!!  I went ahead and mailed them this year for MY convenience as client not their convenience. I sent my package Priority Mail and added a letter asking them to call me along with a check.If I knew that mailing them in would put me at the bottom of a totem pole, I never would have done this.There was zero care or concern with my most personal and confidential information. I was clearly concerned and needing to speak with someone but all I received was an unending round of telephone tag when all the while I asked for a specific TIME to speak with someone and only ONE time I was given that and of course no call ever came.The worst part is that I cc'd the owners to let them know what happened but they never responded with an apology or any care. So 18 years of giving my business meant nothing.People need to know what they're dealing with. My new accountant found numerous errors and white out on previous tax returns, so clearly i'll have to find out what to do about that now too.Can you help to direct me? Lastly, I've been way too busy to truly get the word out properly about warning the people on Long Island about this agency (including my friends whose use them) but I will do my best when I have time to dedicate to this and I look forward to any assistance you can give me. They're DISGUSTING people over there!!!Thank you,[redacted]     i was actually given a time slot but no call ever came. Talk about feeling like you don't matterno call ever came
