RSAP Paving

Review: Shoddy workmanship - He applied inferior materials to our driveway which washed off immediately. We have had multiple contacts and repeated promises that he will come back and do it correctly. He gives us a day he will be here, but never shows up. When we talk to him, sometimes he cries and once he hung up on us. The resealing of our driveway was done on October 16, 2013. The man who did it said he would return in a week to make sure everything was fine. He did not return. Within just a few days, the sealant was gone in some spots, partially because of thin sealant and in some spots because moss was not removed. We called and He said he would be there to correct it. When he did not show up, we called again. He said it was too late in the fall, he would do it in the spring, and hung up on us.I called again in April. He told us it was still too cold, but we would be first on his list when he started up again. In June, we called again and he cried because his father had died recently and he couldn't do it yet. We would be first.It is now September first. We have contacted him several times in the past 2 weeks. He has promised to call, he didn't. He has said he would be here to do the work on a Tuesday. He didn't show up. I called Tuesday evening. He said he didn't say Tuesday he said Thursday and yelled at me when I said he promised on Tuesday. When I finally reached after he didn't show up he cried because his truck is broken. We have been unable to reach him since then.Desired Settlement: Our first choice would be to have the work done correctly. If he doesn't care to do that, we would be happy with a refund of our $800 payment, so we can get another contractor to do it.Note - The phone number I used found this address.
