Hello I have been using your products for a few years now, the ounce bags of pipe less tobacco and never had to many complaints there were always some pieces of stems and bigger chunks of tobacco that clogged up the cigarette machineHowever recently it seems to have gotten worse , the last bags of tobacco I have purchased have been really bad with the amount of stems and twigs and big hard chunks of tobacco in it and my machine constantly clogs and has to be scraped out more oftenAlso have had a lot of unusable tobacco and I have the serial numbers of the last bags I have used, I just wanted to address this problem with your company to make sure you were aware of it , because I would still like to continue to use your products as long as this is addressed, thank you very much

Shredded sponge/foam in tobacco, made me very sick.I purchased a bag of tobacco of [redacted]. At first it tasted very funny to me so I looked through the bag and found nothing. A day later I became very ill and I put the two together that it was the tobacco. I dumped it out and investigated closer and found that a sponge or piece of foam was shredded and small particles throughout the bag. More than just a complaint, I need to know what the hell I just put in my body because I am very ill as I type this. I feel like my bones have needles in them and cannot move without being in pain. I have researched these symptoms and I believe this contains some kind of stricnine. Please provide a response as soon as possible so I can get the medical attention I need. You have 1 phone number out there for someone named [redacted] but no one ever seems to answer. If nothing else, I will have no choice but to contact the authorities.
