Review: After repeated attempts to correct my final bill, there is still a problem. A $180.00 credit was not deducted from my statement; plus, $53.00 was added, which should not have been, for something called “July Service.” I have no idea what it is for, since all work was completed on 6/19/2015. I only owe $2,160.50, not $2,446.50.Desired Settlement: Deduct $286.00 from my final bill. $2,885.00 - $724.50 (deposit) = $2,160.50. Total amount owed should be $2,160.50, not $2,446.50.
