I had Enviro-Vac Come out to my home on February 13, to clean out my septic systemThey came out and sucked it outAfter almost two months my system backed up in my yard and I called Scott at Enviro-Vac on April 9, and he told me that he would send someone out to reclean my system and he would call me on Monday the 11th of AprilWell he never returned my call and on the 14th I called Scott back and he said he would send someone out on the 15th to clean it out I texted him that morning of the 15th and he said that he would send someone out We waited all day and finally we called him about minutes until and he got an attitude with my husbandThen he had one of the service men call me and said that hey would come back out but I would have to pay againI was told by Scott that I would not have to pay for the services twice but the service man said that I didSo I told him I would just file a claim with the Revdex.com instead and save them the heartache
