We did get the paperwork for our timeshare sale today. It did take 6 months from our completed paperwork to the final deed transfer. RSI can not predict how long the timeshare company will take to process the paperwork. Patience is a virtue when it comes to the timeshare resale process. It would be better if there was more communication from the company but we are satisfied with the results.

From the first moment we called we were greeted by a friendly staff and given information as well as step-by-step information on how we could proceed with the cancellation. I was really nervous about doing business over the phone but they really held our hand throughout the process. I would recommend this company to anyone that was suckered into purchasing a timeshare and is looking to cancel. RSI is a wonderful company.

So for anyone out there that hates their timeshare you really need to use this company to get out. Not going to lie I thought this was just going to be a waste of time because I lost money 3 times in the past to people that said they could sell my resort, but I'd have to pay upfront. I'm very happy to say that to my ultimate surprise RSI got me out and they did it in 4 months!! Everyone I spoke to was understanding and extremely nice. Every time I had a question I got ahold of someone easily that kept me in the loop and never made me feel like a bother. I would recommend their services to anyone out there that just wants to get out of their timeshare and can not thank them enough for all the help I received.
