Could you please tell me why I have recieved know feedback concerning
my request for territorial release.I attached a release form with my ascap enquiry
and an explanation of PRS needing data entry of confirmation from ascap
permitting PRS to collect from the world and asScap to collect from U.S.A & canada.
I have had know reply and thIs has been sometime ago.
Can this request be carried out a.s.a.p?
Also can you please tell me what happens to a members royalty payments if the member becomes deceased?
Is it possible to request,where these payments to be sent,i.e a familly members,,etc.
I have recieied and sent e-mails to cybil charles shepherd in London,cnivens and Jim koch.
PRS require ipi files data entry confirmation for writer and publisher.Publisher has been acknowledged and verified,but not writer.
Verification of release is required from ascap,so that PRS may continue to process my application.
I attached release form,with my ascap enquiry as instructed by asca(Jkoch)but was told the form was not attached,so I resent the enquiry with a correctly sent attachment.
There was confusion about two entries being made by ascap,but PRS thought why and then worked out that I am both a publisher & writer,with ascap,but only the publisher entry was correct.The writer was not,reason being,that a release form was needed,so I filled out a second release form.
Can something be done to carry out this request?
