He looked up the consumer's information and the account was charged on May 3rd but the hold was released on May 10th. The refund will be on the consumer's account in 3-7 business...

Review: I am complaining because the business is ignoring my emails regarding a refund that they did not give me when I truly deserved it. I paid for an online service and suddenly yhey changed the way the servicw was to work out and made me do more work . This change was in very , very short notice there fore I need me 100$ back.Desired Settlement: I need a refund because this business is scamming me.
