In I hired RT carpentry to build an addition to my house and refinish my whole house so that I could retire in itI used all of my retirement money so I would not have to have any worriesIn he told me that the COA was being mailed - I lived in New Jersey and this was a second homeHe then took off and left me with a roof which was supposed to be brand new and after years of leaks and damage to the walls of my home - I find out he never put flashing on the roofThere are holes where the roof lines meetI will probably need a new roof and I also need the walls in my house redone I saw Bob T [redacted] in and asked him why ? What had I done ? I was so nice to him , paid upfront etc,,, his response was It was a bad time in my life I will fix it - I never heard or saw him againBecause there is so much damage I will probably need to find him - so if you are looking for someone to do your house - run as fast as you can from this carpenterIt has been a nightmare
