We signed contracts with this company One was for soffit and fascia installation This contract was completed as agreed The other two contracts were for tear down and installation of a new deck, and tear down and installation of new siding for our home These contracts we signed and 50% deposits made on July 3, Neither of these two jobs have been completed The tear down (demolition) portion was done on August 27, We have been promised over and over by this contractor that work would be completed on the siding on the deck Each commitment to a date has been missed We are now almost weeks out we have no deck and we have no siding Winter is coming soon and we are at risk
On May 2018, I contracted with Renovo Remodeling, W SSandy UT to build a 15' x 25' rectangular deck with Trek and a roof covering the deck Both would be attached to the back of my house The contract was to begin June and be completed on estimated July It is now October, I have a partial deck (not finished and only after many phone calls, emails and voice mails to Jon) and no roof Jon did not start my deck until July (after several phone calls from me he sent a couple guys to start to dig holes) Workers only show up when I constantly complain then they'll show up for an odd hour or two then disappear for weeks I have gotten one excuse after another from Jonathan H*** (the owner of Renovo Remodeling) but no work on my deck and roof On October, Jon texted that they were going to start the roof on Oct...no one showed, no phone calls or email to explain...same story for the last monthsToday, Oct, after I left a voice ma
