Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

he stated that no effort was made to contact him,in which he was giving 2 96hr warnings "big green detailed stickers"on his window of his car.one was placed on vehicle 07/13/2015 stating vehicle would be towed on or after 07/17/2015 if curent registration wasnt displayed on vehicle.when we returned...

to tow vehicle was not there so it never got towed that day.again on 08/20/15 vehicle was giving a 2nd 96hr notice and was scheduled to be towed on 08/25/15,so now on 08/26/2015 vehicle was there and I was asked by maintance supervisor to tow it.when eric called I informed him of why it was towed he stated that he had talked to chrity the manager on monday prior to towing of his vehicle.he said he told her it was registerd.when I spoke to christy on tuesday she informed me that noone had came to her office about this vehicle.I told eric if he could bring something showing it was currently registerd we would reduce his towing fees.he then showed up at shop and proceeded to explain that he had no proff of registration but did show a smog report dated 08/19/2015 stateing vehicle had passed smog,so I asumed he was telling me the truth.I explained he needed to pay fee of$100.00 and we could release his car to him,he sated that he wasnt paying anything at which time my office personal informed him if he returned before 5pm he could pay the $100.00 and get his vehicle back.he then went outside and made some phone calls, one to his father who later I found out is the registerd owner of this vehicle.he explained to me the fees were paid in april and smog was just done,we agreed he would pay the $100.00 by his credit card.I then released the car to his son eric.about 4pm the apartment complex called me to inform me eric had just brought them the green tow away sticker which he had taken off his window and it had an error on it saying vehicle wouldnt be towed untill 09/25/2015,so I agreed I would refund erics fathers credit card first thing in morning.at 08:54am on 08/26/2015 I did just that also I called him to let him know it was back on his card.I also called eric twice but he didnt answer I left him a message stateing that I apologized for any inconvience he may have went threw.the pictures above will show this vehicle had been tagged on 07/13/2015 at 9:am and you can see that it has expired registration showing, also there is picture of the tag from 08/25/15 which shows the misprinted date of tow.

Review: I am a Landscaper / farmer in the greater Sacramento region and my vehical was illegally removed by Roseville Tow from [redacted] in Roseville Ca. where I reside based on "suspect" documentation. I contacted Roseville P.D. believing my truck was stolen and was told it had been impounded by Roseville Tow. No documentation was ever presented to us from the tow truck driver (Jesse) as well as a "General Authorization Contract" with violation photos to which should have been surrendered to me, the registered owner(s), immediately upon request. This occurred on three separate occasions over several days. Roseville Tow has one phone number and no e-mail address. The owner ([redacted]) purposely avoided my calls for several more days before it was possible to confront him about the legitimacy of this tow. He claimed he was out of town and not obligated to provide ANY information to me until it was litigated and he stated I already owed him $1,250.00 to which he was seeking a lien order. They are in violation of CVC22658(b) which grants the owner proper documentation upon request and 22658(j)(k) and(l) sections 2,4, and 5 as well. This company makes its living bottom feeding on unsuspecting tenants all over the greater Roseville area and are breaking California State laws with impunity.Desired Settlement: With the help from consumer groups such as the Revdex.com, I am seeking compensation to the fullest extent the law allows based on the loss of revenue to my company, its employees and the back bone of my business, my truck based on a total lack of responsibility and negligence shown. Companies like this should be held to greater accountability as we do our own and its up to consumers like my wife and myself to help correct these problems. Don't be bullied! The law represents equaity. Seek it!

They stole my vehicle and tried to rob me of 600 dollars. My car wasn't even off when they towed me. These people are disgusting. The guy yelled at me and threatened me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THE CARS THEY SELL ARE STOLEN.

Review: Today my car was illegally, or at least extremely unprofessionally, towed today and I was forced to pay 100$ for my car to be released to me. No effort was made by any party involed to contact me prior to towing my vehicle, and I had made several attempts to contact my property manager about the dispute about my vehicles registration. The vehicle had been registered since 8/19 and a notice was put on my car saying that it would be towed on 9/25 for expired tags. I tried to contact my property manager on 8/21 and 8/25, but was either ignored or unheard, to explain that the vehicle had been registered since 8/19 and I was waiting for new tags in the mail. By 9am on 8/25 my vehicle had been towed. I contacted Roseville Tow about this matter and was told I should have spoken to [redacted] from Maintenence, who works for my propert manager, First Pointe Management Group. I again contacted my property manager in-person to speak with [redacted], but I was told that I could not have a phone number to reach him at and that he was unavailable all day. I explained my situation to the manager on-site, [redacted], and she explained that I should be able to get my car back for free, since it was erroneously towed. I contacted to DMV to confirm that my registration was indeed valid. I again contacted Roseville Tow and explained all of the above to them, and Jesse at Roseville Tow told me that since my car was mistakenly towed, I should bring any paper work I have and I should be able to get my car back, no problem. When I arrived at Roseville Tow I was scoffed at and told that I should be made to pay 375$ for my car being towed, even though it wad fully registered as I had explained to my property manager and as my property manager explained to Roseville Tow. I stood and talked with the owner, John, about my situation and he told me now, I had to pay at least 275$, and was promptly locked out of the store for refusing. I was then asked to pay 100$ which I payed to get my car back.Desired Settlement: This is the shadiest business I have ever dealt with. I was not contacted about my expired tags and no contact information was left for me before or after my car was towed. My car was fully registered when the notice to tow was posted, and I made attempts to try and contact my property manager about the notice. My car fully registered car was still towed and I was had to pay 100$ to get it back. I would like the business to apologize for the sheer unprofessionalism they displayed in this issue.
