Review: RTA cabinet hub guarantee's price match or beat any competitors price. You send them a copy of your pricing, in this case it was a copy of my cart from a competing vendor, and cabinet hub guarantee's to beat the price. I sent them a copy of a list of cabinets and the prices, which were identical cabinets that rtacabinet hub carried. When they didn't respond I called them and they said they would respond within 24 hours. Several days later I called them again and only receive an answering machine. I have left messages and additional e-mails and have received no response to data. It is obvious they do not intend to honor their price match guarantee.Desired Settlement: I think they should either honor their guarantee. If they don't intend to perform to it then remove it from their web site. I plan to populate as many web sites as possible with their failure to perform so other customers will not attempt to purchase from this business.

Most consumers strive to get the best value for the money spent. We are proud to provide competitive pricing along with one of the best after sale service. This is one of few times when we are unable to beat the competitor's pricing and there are number good reasons for that.

1) According to product manufacturer, the competitor ([redacted] is not an authorized dealer to sell these cabinets. In other words, even if their price is accurate, the products are not the same as our cabinets. The pictures on their website can be the same but the product itself cannot be the same for this reason. Manufacturer contact information can be found at the bottom of this message.

2) We can beat price quote from reputable retailers only. The reputability is measured by company's Revdex.com rating, it must be "B-" or higher. In this case the retailer has "F" rating from Revdex.com. See [redacted] for more details.

3) The competitor does not carry the products they advertise. According to their website, this product is "special order", it takes 8 weeks for product shipping. See attached print screen image for more details.

4) The competitor's price is below manufacturer wholesale price. If the competitor's price was accurate, it would be less expensive to get this product from the competitor than directly from a factory. It sounds too good to be true.

5) We operate in competitive electronic commerce environment. There are many retailers who sell similar products. Most retailers would be happy to lower price to match competitor as long as there is commercial interest in making the deal. If retailer refuses to beat the competitor price there are usually legitimate reasons behind their decision.

We truly hope that customer was not aware about the information listed above when making original complaint.
