RTC Tile Engravers Reviews (8)

This letter is in Response to Complaint ID # [redacted] mailed on Saturday November 11, from Ms [redacted] .? ? The claim being made against our company is frivolous.? RTC has already offered to engrave bricks at NO charge which would have been delivered together with the new order of bricks had the bricks been purchased from us.? In November after weeks of back and forth emails regarding the new purchase of bricks, we were notified by Ms [redacted] ? that they were going to purchase the bricks themselves and NOT through us.? We do not stock bricks so regardless, we would need new bricks to be delivered to us so we could engrave them.? They could have been hand-delivered or shipped but we could not do any engraving without the new bricks.? I had even offered to have everything ready to engrave while they waited if they could give us an advance notice of when they were coming.? RTC has gone out of their way to accommodate Ms [redacted] and to no avail. The original purchase included a TOTAL of bricks of which were engraved (the purchase receipt breaks everything down very clearly and can be provided if needed).? This order was delivered at the end of April 2017.? Now over half a year later we are being notified that they were "shorted plain bricks",? and "missing" engraved bricks.? The bricks were delivered on a pallet and the stacked rows made the bricks a simple math calculation.? It is not uncommon for brick orders of this size to need a replacement or two because of damage during installation.? Ms [redacted] did mention that they received bricks that were each missing an engraved letter and I can only apologize for this.? Again, we will re-engrave All bricks at no charge. If Ms [redacted] is still in need of the bricks as I have told her before, she can do a rush order of 2-days or it takes approximately weeks.? RTC has never turned away business or willingness to work with any of our customers.? Being a small business is difficult however unreasonable customers should not be able to make in valid complaints as a treat to damage a business reputation.? You would like to hope that a Church would be more reasonable instead of leaving and negative reviews.? Our family survives off of our business and the reputation it has built.? ? Greatly Disappointed,? [redacted]

Dear Mr [redacted] The Revdex.comMs [redacted] is being more than unreasonable in her request and allegations of miscalculated bricks. She is incorrect in what the Church purchased and should refer back to the estimate and invoice. Blank bricks (product) was one price and the engraving (service) on the bricks was another. The estimate and invoice specifically state the purchase of blank bricks plus the cost to engrave of those and additional engraved bricks were added later. The prior business transactions were completed with the old owner of RTC [redacted] and all communication between Ms [redacted] and ***. As the new business owner we have offered to sell additional bricks (request was for however pallets come in ONLY) 2-days for a rush order or 3-weeks for regular order. Additionally, we have offered FREE OF CHARGE to engrave the "missing" bricks and incorrectly engraved bricks. The new business owners of RTC have no obligation to assist Ms [redacted] in any way and any business would be between RTC and the Church. We are merely going out of our way to work with the Church as a prior customer. The Church can either send the bricks to us or have someone drive them down to be engraved while they wait. The distance is miles. If the new bricks are purchased from us, the delivery of them including the engraved bricks would all be done together. We have been more than reasonable in trying to come to a resolution and to no avail.Ms [redacted] is not the proper person to be filing any complaint. No business transaction was ever conducted between Ms [redacted] and the prior RTC. Everything was between RTC and the Church. Any valid complaint should come from the appropriate purchasing party and not an employee/volunteer.Respectfully, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
RTC requested that we drive the bricks over to them for engraving and then pick them up. It's a great distance for us to drive. The invoice to us clearly states engraved bricks PLUS bricks; regardless, we were still short bricks. The additional bricks needed and requested - no ETA was provided or offered even though asked many times
