I purchased a TV set from NCIX that was defective upon arrivalThat is when the nightmare startedI first contacted LG Canada about the return after months they finally created an RA but wanted to charge for shipping to BC NCIXConsidering it was a 55' TV that seemed impractical to say the leastI suggested to return it to a much closer best buy which was an authorized retailer insteadFinally after months of going back and forth LG agreed to refund the shipping
Then it came to the refundI received the TV set on saleNeither NCIX or LG wanted to refund the MSRP of the TV set but neither was willing to process the refund in a timeframe necessary to find another on saleIn fact, NCIX itself canceled (Internet Order: ***) one of the orders I had before the sale could be completed because I had yet to receive the refundFast forward months later and LG claims they are creating RA's that are not being responded to and ignored by NCIXPhone calls are ignoredEmails sent to *** who I was told was a manager were not responded to either
I've gotten to the point where I've drawn a lawsuit and are ready to fileIf you have to draw up a lawsuit for NCIX to properly handle a return then this is probably a company u should not do business with

On Black Friday I purchased a CPU which I thought was at a sale price however it was not I cancelled the order and received and email from them stating that the order was cancelled However my Visa was charged the amount for the CPU I have been trying now for over a week to get in contact with them I have called there customer service number more times then I can count only to wait minutes or more to be finally told (via voice message) to leave a message for which I do not get any response back from I have left emails with no response It is now Dec 6th and I still cant get any one from this company to call or respond to my emails I ordered a lot of items on Black Friday and only NCIX and it other company *** have not either reimbursed me on my Visa for the amount or in the case of *** have not responded to an order for which I paid and for which at the time the item was in stock and I noticed that once I purchased the item the stock reflected the item purchased have not sent me my Motherboard Just like NCIX they do not respond to voice messages or emails and they make you wait on the phone for obscene periods of time to only get a voice message asking to leave a message
I have purchased many items from NCIX in the past and am totally disappointed in there service to the point where I will rethink my purchasing in the future and to tell all my friends and family to do like wise

WORST WARRANTY SERVICE

"I had bought a Galaxy Table S from NCIX Mississauga in 2015 and got damaged. I took it to the store that I had purchased it from on September 20 2016 and I was told that they will either repair or replace it since the warranty was still valid. Nevertheless to say that as of today December 18th 2016 I have not received my tab back and despite my call to the headquarters last week and the assurance of rectifying the issue ASAP, I have not heard anything back from them. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER shop with them again, very frustrating process and misleading information from NCIX has made it very clear that they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. "
TO TOP IT ALL UP, I WAS TOLD THE DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY BY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY OR CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM THEM AND I ASKED FOR A SPECIFIC TABLET HE SAID I WILL HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE WHICH I AGREED TO AND THE HE TELLS ME THEY HAVE NONE IN STOCK AND HE SUGGESTED THAT HE WILL RESEARCH SIMILAR TABLETS AND WILL CALL ME BACK TOMORROW.
I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL YESTERDAY AND TRIED CALLING THERE PHONE NUMBER TWICE AND AFTER WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR IN QUEUE IT TRANSFERED ME TO A VOICE MAIL.
CALLED AGAIN TODAY, SAME STORY , [redacted] NEVER AGAIN NCIX.....

DON'T ORDER FROM NCIX! Their service is rediculously bad and unreliable. I placed an order online on Dec 20, 2015, total 10 items amounting to $1,600+, what I can see from the order status online is the amount HAS BEEN CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD right on the next day and said the order has been processed successfully. I never received any follow up emails from them. So I called their customer hotline 1-877-NCIX-777 on Dec 30, the representative on the phone said he will send an email to the corresponding department and told me not to go to Mayfield Place until I've received an pick up notification email from them. He also said I would hopefully to receive the noticfication email by end of that day (Dec 30). In fact, till now there is yet no reply on when I can pick up my order from their Mayfield Place office in Richmond, B.C.. After they resumed work, on Jan 4 Tues, I created an online ticket email enquiring about my order. I only received an computer generated email saying to allow 1-2 business days for getting a reply from them. Now is Jan 8 2016 Friday, towards the end of the day and yet received no response from them. I REALLY DON'T KNOW IF/WHEN I WILL GET MY STUFF WHICH I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR......
