executed an initial payment of 900.00 was obtained as a deposit for services to be rendered over the next couple of months. Future payments were also scheduled to follow a payment schedule for hosting and other services for both sites. These payments would amount to 55.00 per month. In our agreements [redacted] was assigned as the task owner on several items, these tasks were time sensitive in nature[redacted] agreed on behalf of [redacted] that any delay in these tasks would cause the entire project to elongate. [redacted] never responded to emails, never returned phone calls, and would even tell the local contract that she was on track and there were no concerns. [redacted] missed several scheduled meetings and those that were attended were even rescheduled and she was not prepared. After almost 300 images were taken in preparation for Irish Meadows products to be sold online [redacted] never provided the product descriptions, sizes, or prices of the products she wanted to Initially list. RTMB Technology is a very flexible company and we strive to meet all of our goals however, when calls and requests go unanswered we cannot move forward with any project. A call was made in late January or early February 2016 to [redacted] on Behalf of the Alpaca Farm and simple stated “we cannot move forward without your feedback. When you are ready to move forward please give us a call”. This final call was never returned and we stopped any work and progress on the project. To our surprise we received a very negative letter from [redacted] stating that she would sue RTMB over the lack of follow through and lost sales if we did not refund all of the $900.00 that was prepaid. In formal response we offered to release Irish Meadows out of the contract and even refund 50% of the deposit. Keeping the other 50% for services & time already rendered on the project. These services included: Setup both websites on the hosting servers. Installing the CMS Systems for both websites Installing and custom configuring the Shopping Cart needed for one of the sites. Including the SSL and IP Address. Purchased Domains for the websites Provided research and recommendations on updated Payment Card Systems, Took over 100 images of the store and product she wished to use. Started the design process with our graphics teams. We have provided every ability for [redacted] and [redacted] to move forward with their website, however they have not responded to emails or phone calls.
