This client purchased products from an affiliate company which were received by client the same day they signed upWith the purchase of those products the client received several free referrals and services from the affiliate networkOne of the referrals was to a preferred lender that will guide them on what is needed with their credit to qualify for one of RTO homesThe client has received multiple emails and phone calls giving very simple detailed items they must take action on in order to get into a homeThe client refuses to take action on any of themClient also has a $credit towards one of RTO homes with which they would be able to take advantage of after following the preferred lenders requestThey also have many other valuable referral services if they chose to take advantageThe client mentioned that a letter from their attorney was mailed to us however we have still not received any letters from the client or their attorneyRTO is committed to helping those who want to own a home do soThe process becomes very difficult if the client does not participate in the processRTO is more than willing to come to a reasonable resolution and has expressed this on every occasion

* *** *** *** *** *** or services on the date that I signed up for the program, or at any time over the last months I met with someone named *** at their business office in January I was told their program would repair/re-score my credit, and have me in a position to buy a home by the end of my lease in June with a 5,credit towards closing costs *** said he would personally handle my case *** also informed me RTO used to be a company named *** **, and if you look that company up they have an F rating with the Revdex.com I had to message *** repeatedly on the progress When my lease was up, and I had to move and sign a new one is when I made the first request for a refund I was informed *** no longer worked for them They didn't even know who I was, or anything about my case I have been provided with no proof of attempts at contacting me despite my repeated attempts to get this information The last conversation I had with *** he informed me I was wasting his time A credit with their company is not an acceptable resolution because a business relationship with this company is no longer a possibility I did not pay for a referral to *** *** loans that is proposterous They have billboards all over the valley In the last conversation I had with a representative from *** *** loans the representative said they hear these complaints from RTO's customers often A demand letter for a refund was sent by my lawyer, and RTO's response was they only check the mail twice a month I have attached this letter I have not pursued a lawsuit yet because I am attempting a resolution with the demand letter, and the assistance of the Revdex.com The only acceptable resolution is a refund of I am a Registered Nurse working in the community with six children and my time is valuable as well, so I hope to avoid further legal action
