I went in to the showroom two weeks ago to price out some graniteI was offered a drink then given a quote on my graniteMy kitchen is slightly above sq ft and the quote I received was by far the best when compared to other companies I checked withThere was a very wide selection of granite slabs for me to chose from and the salesman I worked with was able to answer all the questions I hadThey came out the next day as I requested to measure my kitchenThe installers came out days later and had the job installed in just under four hours even with taking off my old countertopsThe workmanship of the granite is perfect in my opinion and it turned my kitchen completely aroundThe seam can barely be seen and the tops are flawlessMy experience with granite palace was great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their countertops

Work was amateurish, not professional at allChopped out a hole in the woodwork and was going to leave it, saying it wasn't his responsibility to fix it Wash bowl was not centered even and had to be pointed out to himCaulking under the rim was very lumpy Very disappointing, especially after repeated promises to show up to even do the jobWe cancelled appointments and rescheduled the plumber several timesThey wouldn't call to let you know they weren't comingOn one occasion, I was told they would be out between and I called at 1:and they said to At 5:they admitted it wasn't even on the truckThis guy is in way over his head
Granite Palace Tops did a great job on putting in our counter top and we've been really happy with the productThey included a stainless steel sink and a new faucet with the purchaseAll the people that we dealt with was as nice as they could beWhen we tried to reach them, they came right out and measuredThey sent a guy out to make a template of the area, then they made the pieces and brought them out and installed themTheir installation team was really niceThey did their work and did a great job at it
My mother recommended to my wife that we get our kitchen tops replaced with granite in our new home she had hers done over a year ago by granite palace and my wife fell in love with it knowing the cost of such a project I was more then hesitant but after meeting with the salesman *** *** who came right away to give an estimate which was less then half of what I expected we went ahead and purchased the granite within two weeks our kitchen was transformed into the most beautiful room in our house now we are in the process of having our bathroom vanities topped with granite as well the craftsmanship along with the clean and discrete installation were way beyond my expectations I recommend them to everyone including my friends and family

Granite Palace Tops Did a great job on my counters they are absolutely beautiful. They were professional and [redacted] was a tremendous help and very knowledgeable on the product..
Paid almost $5000 for counter tops had installers with less than 2 months experience do job had chips and scratches in it after about 2 weeks of calling finally showed up put some paste on one chip was there about 10 min told me to wipe on scratches and would cover them didn't work said he would stop back never came back!place changed name from granite city tops to granite palace moving from perrysburg to Alexis rd. Posted pics on there website on yelp my recommendation before you write check make sure u have no problems because once they cash it there gone when they installed mine they didn't finish untill about 9:30 at night next morning I called when the sun shined on it and seen all the defects.like I said once you pay them there gone
