Purchased an RV from this business in spring of 2019. AC was “cooling” fair. Asked the seller about it and his “guy” came to check it. His “guy” said it’s all good. Come August, the AC was not cooling. Actually was 95 degrees in the camper.
The seller, ***, knew this. $1100.00 later, I have a new AC.
His business is crooked.
Customer bought said trailer checked all appliances at time of purchase was very happy called back 2 months later wanting it fixed had a service tech go check it he said it was cooling properly customer decided he wanted to sell trailer wanted us to buy it back at original price when we refused he contacted you we do not warranty used trailers and that is why we have all trailers checked by customer at the time of purchase thanks for letting us know about this problem

I am rejecting this response because: Not being truthful in response to the complaint. Yes, I did have concerns with the AC cooling but it was within 7 days of purchasing the trailer. A service tech did come check it out, said that the AC temp felt fine to him and once the trailer is plugged into a 30 amp breaker it SHOULD do better.
I did ask them if they were interested in buying the trailer back at the original sales price (it has a new $1000.00 AC unit) and he said not at that price. I asked how much he would buy it for and he tried to lowball me with a ridiculous price. Well below market value.
