Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] RTT contracting is not licensed in Suffolk County and performed work that was unprofessional and sloppy The response given by the [redacted] is someone who was not present at my home and whom I never death with between August and March There are many pieces of information in her responses and language that uses the words threatening, extortion, and harassing-all in an attempt to confuse matters in order that she and the company not pay what is owed to meI can provide you testimony from a second licensed contractor that has described the work of RTT Contracting Incand [redacted] as extremely unprofessional and sloppyI can provide you with the email text pleading with [redacted] to end his abandoning of the project in February I have witnesses that can account for his offering of dollars on the last day of work he performed in front of my property on March [redacted] 2015, and not after he left us-something which she calls a second contract I never saw until AFTER he left us for goodHe has proven himself to take shortcuts, not to adequately supervise his employees, miscalculating measurements related to the kitchen island-measurements he took but delivered the wrong size dimensions and leaving inadequate leg roomHe has misrepresented his work and the quality of the merchandievidenced by the chipped tiles in the kitchen that he from day one was informed we would not accept and he found just hard to replace when extra chips formed day by dayHe attempted to deceive us by promising new kitchen island base cabinet with different measurement and was found to use the same one he placed initially which he knew we would not accept due to his own miscalculationhe tried to deceive us a second time by hiding a wide hole in the wall of the bathroom with exposed electrical wiring without enclosing in a box behind the bathroom vanityHe said he was licensed in suffolk county when he was nasked this on the first day we met himI challenge them to show proof of any email text they state I made in December where I requested a sum of dollars back for them not completing the drivewayTheir response is contains information, inaccurate dates, and just anything that would confuse the matter in their favorI paid dollars and an extra dollars to cover all expenses he and I agreed were fully paid including the driveway and kitchen island which he did not install or complete as promisedHe owes me a total of dollars and I went to dollars after he said he would give back dollarsI also want my brick pavers back that he purchased with my moneyI have not recieved any refund back including the dollars they mentioned in their 4/*/response In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] RTT Contracting Incis UNlicensed in Suffolk County-their contract does not abide by the General Business Laws for home renovations of NYS RTT Contracting started what was proposed to be a week job in late August and per their response only managed to pick up a kitchen island on April ***, This is a kitchen island INDOORS and was delivered with wrong measurements (leaving no adequate leg room which was specified repeatedly to [redacted] ***-the contractor)RTT Contracting Incabandoned the project for several months without notifying the homeownersI send a cell phone text pleading to [redacted] ***/RTT Contracting Incin February to return to complete the work that he neglected to complete for usHe left us no choice but to hire a second contractor who described the work of RTT Contracting Inc and [redacted] as "SLOPPY and UNPROFESSIONAL."The original contract called for the installation of a driveway which was not completed and a refund was not paid to the homeownerHaving performed unlicensed work in Suffolk County-when it was his responsibility to be licensed where he works-and answering that he was licensed was a deceptive action as well as their deception in hiding a wide hole behind the bathroom vanity with exposed electrical wiring that was not enclosed as well as providing a kitchen island with wrong measurements that [redacted] personally tookRTT Contracting Incand [redacted] even failed to show up at an administrative hearing ordered by Suffolk County Consumer Affairs DepartmentAs an Unlicensed contractlet us know that he was licensed when it turned out that he wasn'tHe abandoned the project for several months without notifying us of a long absence during which he did not complete the kitchen island which was an indoor project-irrespective of the weatherA second contract was electronically sent after [redacted] left for gocustomer should receive a second contract after the fagoes against any decency and fairness to homeowners everywhere to be given what they call a second contract after they left us for good that goes against his oral agreements It is our hope that NYC Consumer Affairs Department will review the actions of RTT Contracting Incand [redacted] before any renewal of his NYC licenseIt is our hope that NYC Consumers Affairs Department also review RTT Contracting Incand their business contract (at least the one given to me) which fails to provide the basics required of any contractor in NYS-something he will have to be accountable for [redacted] is currently being evaluated by the Suffolk County Consumer Affairs Department for fines and violations for being unlicensed and not abiding by some regulations of the NYS General Business Laws for home renovationsHomeowners deserve better and contractors like [redacted] will need to face penalties for their actions In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
